Also I am very psyched about my new training toys – the Gripster and the Globester! I picked these up through a crowdsourcing initiative on Indiegogo, by an Aussie dude living in California named Mike White. He had a compelling video (“introducing the Gripstah!”) so I went for it and I was not disappointed in the least. The Gripster (orange units below) is a multi-grip piece with sloper, edges, crimps, and pinches, while the Globester is basically a big, sphere that is SUPER ergonomic. This upcoming winter I am going to get a lot of use as these are so versatile; you can do pull-ups, pull-downs, dangle weights from them, etc. High variety with less joint strain – a great combination for finger, wrist and arm strength training.

Keep an eye out for these as I’m sure Mike will be marketing them big-time once he gets some capital in the bank. I’m a big proponent for sure.
